After clicking on the blue button (with the fingerprint logo) you will see a pop-up screen appear, where you can review and change your cookie preferences. (see image below)

Accessed by the link entitled 'Services' you will find a list of the services used on the website, together with further information about cookie storage and data processing for each one, helping you make a better informed decision about which cookies to allow, if any. In the example below, Google has 3 services and their details.

At the bottom of the services section you will find your own unique controller ID code, which you must use to request your consent data from the website. Firstly, click on the folder icon to the right of the code to copy it. See example below.

You can then use your consent ID to request information from Usercentrics by providing this ID to the Lydlinch Parish Council website administrator for processing. The administrator then uses this ID to access the visitor's consent history in the Usercentrics Admin Interface, which can be exported as a CSV file containing details of their consents over the past 12 months.
